Looking for God's fingerprints

In my home wiping away sticky fingerprints is a frequent chore; although less so than when my children were little. Sticky fingerprints testify to what has been happening and especially what has been eaten! However often in life we fail to even notice God’s fingerprints around us.  We can forget that God is busy at work around us, everywhere and all the time.  We think that we have to start things for God which can feel burdensome.  But our task is more exciting than that. It is to look and watch for what God is doing and what he has already set in motion. And then join in with it. What is God doing where you work, in the lives of your colleagues, your friends or your children? How has he already taken the initiative? Where are his actions of grace? Let’s keep our eyes open for God’s fingerprints in the knowledge that his plans are so much bigger and greater in scope than ours. And then let’s join in!

Holiday Club

We're SETTING UP on Sunday! It would be wonderful if you can stay after church for an hour and give us a hand. We'll be decorating the hall and welcome area, put the church chairs away and make space for craft tables and the tuck shop.

If you know of anyone who would like to come, please tell them to come on the day - places still available
There will be no Holy Communion on Wednesday 20th February, as the Vicarage is not available while Pads and Kirstie are away.
