Pivotal Moments
Chris Everett
Chris speaks of pivotal moments both in scripture - Jesus coming face to face with the devil in the wilderness, and in our lives – when we can choose God’s way or a different way. Is 2017 the year to be bold believers and bold witnesses to Jesus Christ in a world desperately in need of God’s salvation by living out the truth of his victory over sin and death

I Submit!
Chris Everett
In this talk we see that the biblical understanding of submitting to one another is something different to that of boys fighting in a playground. It is done out of love and out of reverence for Christ. Whether it’s between a husband and wife, our conduct at work, or our brothers and sisters in Christ, submission is an act of loving humility which unites, heals, and witnesses to a God who and submitted himself to death on a cross because he loves you so much. That’s why it’s good to shout, "I submit!"

God's Kingdom
Chris Everett
Children are highly valued in the kingdom of God, and Jesus makes it clear that if we are to enter and become great in that kingdom we must do away with pretension and become trusting and humble like a child. Sheep, likewise, are vulnerable creatures and need a shepherd to keep them safe. Jesus will always look for us and bring us back into his fold when we stray. When He calls his sheep, they hear his voice. Is He calling you today?
